Build your own sandcastles this summer at the Sand Castle Duplex. This charming beach duplex is located in North Topsail Beach, just minutes from shopping, dining and more.

The Sand Castle Duplex offers 2 wonderful decks to enjoy, and a privacy fence separates you from your neighbors. The lower, partly covered deck, offers a great space for dining or lounging in the shade during the hot summer. Spend your vacation in the master bedroom and enjoy the private oceanfront deck, perfect for romantic evenings under the stars. The Sand Castle Duplex also offers an outdoor shower, on the walkway to the beach, for rinsing off.

Ground Level : Parking for 3-4 vehicles is provided. The entrance to Sand Castle Duplex is on the right side of the duplex. A small covered porch is provided, for rainy afternoons.

First Level: You’ll enter the duplex into the spacious living, dining and kitchen areas. The open kitchen, sits on the sound side of the home. Featuring clean white cabinets, beige countertops and creamy linoleum, the kitchen is filled with amenities. The appliances include a refrigerator with an icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, flat surface stove, blender, coffee maker and toaster. Three hi-bar chairs sit at the kitchen bar, adding extra seating. Off the kitchen is a closet that holds the stacked washer and dryer.

The dining area has a rectangular wooden table, ready to feed 6 hungry guests. If you don’t feel like eating in, take dinner outside. The oceanfront deck has a picnic table, perfect for moonlit meals.

The cozy living room offers a sleeper sofa, TV with VCR and DVD player, telephone and ceiling fan. A maroon rocking chair sits closest to the oceanfront sliding glass doors. Grab a nap in the afternoon, while you listen to the waves gently roll up on the sand, in the distance.

Two bedrooms sit on this first level. The first room offers a double bed with white and blue star quilt, an armoire and a ceiling fan.

The second bedroom offers a twin bunk bed, perfect for the children, with a colorful floral bedspread.

These two rooms share a bathroom, with shower, accessible through the hallway.

Second Level: The oceanfront master bedroom is located on the second level. The room has a queen size bed, with shimmering green comforter, TV, ceiling fan and access to a private oceanfront deck. A full size bathroom is easily accessible, just outside the master bedroom.
