Topsail.com (AKA TopsailIsland.com) is a family owned and operated internet guide to Topsail Island and the surrounding area. The site had its start in 1997 when the internet was still in its infancy making it the oldest site for Topsail Island. The site started as a place for businesses in Topsail Island to have a simple one or two page website and shortly thereafter turned into a search engine and business directory for everything Topsail until it evolved into what Topsail.com is today... a full featured premier guide to the Topsail Island area providing information for vacation rentals, real estate for sale, restaurant menus, fun things to do and community information. Our technology is second to none! Our owners have a controlling stake in Merlix® LLC, a 12 year old internet software development firm specializing in providing advanced services to other developers. Our site uses Merlix® Kingdom™ Enterprise Management Server which allows us to provide real time enterprise level database services to both our members and the real estate agents that utilize our multiple listing service. What's this geek talk mean to the visitors of our site? Simple! Our site is lightining fast, easy to use and full of cutting edge technology to make your visit enjoyable. Are we going anywhere?
